This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Stompdown (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by 14 Oranges Software Inc. The Application gives you access to all of the Stompdown Killaz video content that is publicly available on YouTube.

The Application obtains basic ID information about your device for the purpose of analytics, it also accesses internal media storage required for the application to function. All information is anonymous, no personal information is provided.

The Application does not require user registration, and therefore does not obtain any basic information about registered users.

The Application does not collect any information from social media network, contact lists, login information, pictures, or any other type of information available within your mobile device.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
The application does not collect any precise real time location information.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Application does provide basic information about the device for the purpose of analytics. This includes the device id and phone number. The phone number is not accessible to 3rd parties or the app developer, and is not utilized in anyway.
What are my opt-out rights?
Upon installing the application, you have the choice to opt-out of providing any information to the Application. If the application is installed, you may opt-out by simply uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall feature on your device.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain basic information necessary for analytics for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like this data to be removed, simply opt-out of the application by uninstalling it.
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
