SHIPPING
There is a processing period of up to 48 hours for all orders, regardless of the shipping option chosen. If it is time sensitive you can email us at info@ephin.com and we will try our best to accommodate.
If a package is delivered incorrectly due to a customer error when submitting an address we bare no responsibility.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address submitted by the customer they will be responsible for payment to reship the package.
Customers who choose the pick up instore option will be notified by email when the order is ready for pick up.
All shipping transit times are estimates.
Canada Post and UPS have disabled al delivery guarantees. If your package is delivered late we won't be held responsible.
